Come up with 5 things you like to do to keep yourself focused and on task when you feel worried, anxious, fidgety, unfocused or distracted. To each finger of the hand, add pictures and words of things you could do to help with your feelings. Learning Intention: Develop strategies to help you focus. Success Criteria: I can identify 5 things that help me when I’m feeling unfocused and I can use these things quickly and effectively to change my mindset and get back to the task at hand.
