Finding healthy ways to express ourselves creatively is one way of looking after our mental health. Think about what you are going to try this week. How will you 'express yourself' creatively? Watch the videos and see if you can spot all the ways on which people choose to express themselves and be creative! Click on the activities and give the origami or the 'doodle game' a try. Whatever you choose to do, remember that it is not about being 'the best' but about finding ways in which you can relax, create and be happy.
