Today we are going to learn about the Poetry Toolbox, the tools poets use to build amazing poems! Learning Intention - Be able to identify poetic devices in a poem. 1) Have a really good look through the Poetry Toolbox in the Example. 2) Click 3) On page 1 use to drag the meaning to each tool. 4) Use the to match the tool to a suitable example. Some will match to more than one! 5) Read the poem by Robert Louis Stevenson on page 2. Use the tool to add your summary of each section. 6) Bonus: Use the to record yourself reading the poem out loud. 7) On page 3, how many of the tools has Stevenson used? Use to colour them when you find them. 8) When you have finished, check your work and hit !
