Discuss with your table partner: How can you use technology at home in a way that keeps everyone happy and healthy? Step 2: Consider important rules, such as: Screen-Free Zones – No phones at the dinner table (phone jail). Screen-Free Times – No screens an hour before bedtime. Daily Limits – No more than 1 hour of gaming per day. Balance & Breaks – Taking breaks every 30 minutes when using screens. Online Safety – Ask a parent before downloading a new app or game. Family Time – One tech-free day per week (e.g., Sunday board game night). Respectful Online Behaviour – No sharing of personal information or unkind messages. Step 3: Using the Seesaw template, design Your Family Agreement Include 3-5 key rules your family could realistically agree on. Add pictures, emojis, icons, or drawings to represent each rule.
