Student Instructions

Click add 1. 👂Listen to the word on each slide. The teacher will read the word in parts or syllables. 🎯Pay attention to the vowel sound in each syllable. 2. Select the first syllable from the choices on the right and drop it into the first spot. ✅ your work. If it is correct, move on! If not, listen to the word again and make a better choice. 3. Select the second syllable from the choices on the right and drop it into the second spot. ✅ your work. If it is correct, move on! If not, listen to the word again and make a better choice. 4. 💻 Type the word with no spaces between syllables. 5. ✏️ Write the word neatly on your paper. 6. Make sure you complete all 12 slides. 7. Tap check to submit and turn in your paper. Remember: Open syllables have a long vowel sound at the end. 🤲 Closed syllables have a short vowel sound in the middle. 👏
