This was designed for ELL students, but it is easily adapted to all learners to discuss folktales. The teacher dims the lights and tells students to prepare for a story. Play a folktale audiobook from GetEpic.com (at least 1 minute). Discuss what made the audiobook interesting. Write Elements of A Successful Audiobook on the board. Use a graphic organizer for a storyboard and a completed example. GetEpic.com has examples of scripts in their Reader's Theater books. Everything could be done on Seesaw, but in my example students used iMovie.
