First enjoy listening to the Feelings Book by Todd Parr https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWGt3WnZGU0 Then with an adult exploring each feelings in the book - talk about what each feeling means and how we can get clues from the way our body behaves. Next practise making faces and using body movement to display what different emotions look like. Use a mirrors to practise. Then using the camera tool take a photo of following emotions on your face: angry sad lonely, embarrassed surprised scared Can you think of anymore? After that label each emotion. Next record yourself, using the arrow pointing to each emotion, and either explain when you have felt that way or record what that might sound like. Finally upload your work
