Gratitude is noticing the good things in your life and saying thank you for those things. You are going to practice finding your "Yeti Body" and thinking about what in nature makes you smile! 1. ▶️ Click play on the Mind Yeti audio session. Follow along with the guided instructions. 2. 💭 Think of one thing in nature that makes you smile. Picture it in your mind. For example, maybe green grass makes you smile because you like to run and play on it. Maybe lizards or snow make you smile. 3. Click Add Response. 4. Click the drawing tool to draw what in nature makes you smile. Use the pencil or label tool to write a sentence telling why you are grateful for it. 5. Click the mic to share your drawing and sentence. 6. Click the green check to add to your journal. 🖼 Print your picture and put it up somewhere you will see it each day (your fridge, by your bed, on your dresser) to remind yourself about nature and how it makes you feel.
