Look at your behaviour continuum and choose one specific goal. Write this goal in the yellow box at the top of the page. Think of 3 small steps you can take to help you achieve this goal. Write these in the 3 coloured boxes. Begin taking your small steps, and make your way to the top of the ladder to achieve your goal!
