Student Instructions

Did you know May is known as Jewish American Heritage Month? Today, we take some time to learn about how one person can use their power to create change in the world. 1. On pages 2, listen to Kurt's story about how he noticed small, slow changes in his school during World War II & the Holocaust. 2. Then, listen to the story of one person named Irena on pages 3, who helped saved over 2,000 children during World War II. 3. Finally, on pages 4, reflect on the stories you have heard today. How can one single person make a change when something is unjust? Remember to click check to publish your work to your journal!
