Teachers, save “A Spoonful of Kindness Medicine” to assign it to your class.

Think about all the actions and attitudes that are part of being kind. Your challenge is to create a Kindness Medicine that will fill a 1.5 litre bottle. (1,500ml) Your medicine MUST contain at least 5 different ingredients. Each ingredient must be an aspect or action of kindness. All your ingredients’ measurements must be in millilitres (ml). All the ingredients must make the total of 1.5 litres. Use the template to add your ingredients. Make it colourful and eye catching - add labels at the sides. Extra challenge - layer your ingredients and shade those layers, thinking about the fraction of the 1.5l bottle they would take up. E.g. 1/3 would be 500ml.
