Teachers, save “Moon Phase Quiz” to assign it to your class.

1. Get a whiteboard, marker, and a toothpick. Find a place at a table or desk to work, by yourself. 2. On your whiteboard write "New Moon" and make 7 lines (look at the picture I attached as a guide). 3. When you are sitting quietly with your whiteboard ready, I will come around and give you 7 Oreos. 4. You have 10 minutes to turn your Oreos into the phases of the moon and label them correctly. They must also be in the correct order. 5. After 12 minutes, you are going to take a picture with your Chromebook of what you have completed and post it on Seesaw. 6. Then use your moon journal to make any changes that you need. 7. When you are done, take another picture of your work and post it on Seesaw. 8. Clean up your workspace and read quietly until everyone is finished.
