After reading Wonder and learning about Mr Browne's precepts you are to think of your own precept. Remember, a precept is like a 'life rule' or a motto or something that motivates you. You can quote a saying that someone else has said, or you can make your own. What I want to know is, what is YOUR precept? Mr Brownes precepts: When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kind. - Dr Wayne W. Dyer Your deeds are your monuments. Have no friends not equal to yourself. - Conficius Fortune favours the bold. - Virgil No man is an island, entire of itself. - John Donne It's better to know some of the questions than all of the answers. -James Thurber Kind words do not cost much. Yet they accomplish much. - Blaise Pascal What is beautiful is good, and who is good will soon be beautiful. - Sappho Charlotte: It is not enough to be friendly. You have to be a friend. Auggie: Everyone in the world should get a standing ovation at least once in their life!
