Student Instructions

1. Tap add to begin this activity. 2. Echo me while I drill sounds on the first page. 3. Go to the second page. Put a line between the paragraphs with the pencil. Read the title of the story and tell someone what you know so far about the story from the title. Tap mic to record your prediction. 4. Read the first paragraph and do a quick draw on page 3 using the pencil and one color only. Then, tap the mic and tell what your drawing shows. 5. Go back to the story and read the second paragraph. Do a quick draw on page 4 using the pencil and one color only. Then, tap the mic and tell what your drawing shows. Keep doing this for each paragraph. 6. Go to the last page. Click mic and record yourself reading while you scoop the words with your finger or an eraser. You can re-record yourself as many times as you want to make sure it sounds smooth and fluent. 7. Click check when you're done.
