Student Instructions

This week we continue to focus on the famous Pablo Picasso. We are going to explore more about the art style called Cubism. Cubism is when the artist paints an object, like a face, from lots of different angles all in the same picture. So you see the front, the back, and the sides of the face at the same time. In a way, it’s a bit like having x-ray eyes! In this activity, you will create a Picasso-style piece of art by simply rolling the dice to decide on what features you will include in your drawing. Watch the video on how the artist created their Pablo Picasso art piece. When you are ready go and roll the dice and create your very own masterpiece. Remember to add colour to your artwork - paint, pastel, crayons or any other medium can be used. After you have created your masterpiece take a photo and upload this to seesaw
