Make a bird feeder to help birds find food in the winter. You will need: 1 x apple 1 x length of string (long enough to go through an apple, and tie off to a tree branch 2x sticks Seeds (sunflower seeds work great) 1)Thread the string through the hole in the apple. 2)Make an 'X' with the sticks and tie them to the string so the apple sits on top. 3)Make a pattern by pushing the seeds into the apple, then it's ready to hang up! Take photos or videos of you making your bird feeder, and add them to the activity, before uploading to your journal.
