Welcome to Day 5 of our Potato Commonwealth Games. Today is our final day and there are two events - weightlifting and shotput. add Event 7 - Weightlifting 1. Position your potato athlete on 1 MAB. 2. Place 1 connecting block at a time on your potato. Stop when your athlete falls over. 3. Record how many blocks could stack on your potato before it fell over. 4. Who received the gold and silver medals? Record their name and the number of blocks. label Event 8 - Shotput 1. Mark a starting line, then hold your athlete carefully. 2. Throw your athlete as far as you can. (Don't do this part inside!) 3. Measure the distance using either a tape measure, trundle wheel or feet. 4. Who received the gold and silver medals? Record their name and the distance. label 5. Interview one of your athletes about either sport. mic video check
