Student Instructions

1. Use dice that you might find at home. 2. If you can't find or don't have the dice, cut up 10 small pieces of paper and write numbers 1-10, one number on each piece of paper 3. Pick a number and move your body the number of times on the dice or paper, for example, if you picked the number 2- try jumping 2 times, if you picked the number 5, try clapping 5 times, etc. 4. What movements will you try? How about jumping, twirling, swaying, clapping, or stretching? You come up with the movements that you like. 5. Be sure to count while you are moving and stop when you get to the number you picked! If you picked 7 and you are shrugging your shoulder, be sure to shrug your shoulders ONLY 7 times! 6. Have fun and keep moving!!
