                    Aerobic Exercise (Cardio) are exercises that you can do for a longer period of time that increase your heart rate and breathing rate. (Walking, running, swimming, cycling, dancing, skating, cross country skiing, rowing, stair climbing)

    a. Average? (50%-70%) - you exercise occasionally and don't get too sweaty. 
    b. Intermediate? (60%-80%) - you exercise 3-5 days a week and most times get sweaty. 
    c. Advanced? (70%-90%) - you exercise daily and it is intense - very sweaty and exhausted after movement.
