Teachers, save “Multiplication Algorithm + Story Problems” to assign it to your class.

Today you are going to use our work with the multiplication algorithm to solve a few story problems. One the first page, there is a video for you to refer to. On each page, estimate your answer first. Then, using the algorithm steps, solve the story problem. Finally, write your answer in a sentence answering the question asked in the story. Page four is an optional challenge. To help you keep track of the sequence of steps, use the rainbow lines to connect each pair of numbers together like we have been doing.
