We are learning about the things in our lives that we can and can't control.
This activity is a tool to help us discuss and reflect on things within our daily lives that are both in our control and out of our control. We are going to try and focus on what we have control over, like what books we read, and reduce the worry and anxiety about the things that we can't control, like the weather.
