Page 1- Watch the video of American Poet Amanda Gorman reciting her poem "Talking Gets Us There". Page 2-Amanda says "Notice what makes us different, because what makes us different is what makes each of us so special". Think about what makes you different. Share a selfie using the photo and then use the label tool and mic to share what makes you different and special. Page 3- American Poet Amanda Gorman was inspired by the words of U.S. Representative John Lewis. Lewis believed good trouble, like speaking out against injustice, would change the world for the better. What can you do to make a positive change in our world. Use the label, drawing, pen, or mic to share your ideas here or share your thinking on a piece of paper and take a photo to share with us. When you are finished press the check to submit your work.
