Today, we will learn about three different animals β€” the Motmot of El Salvador, the Exquisite Spike-Thumb Frog of Honduras, and the Owl Butterfly of Guatemala. We will use art to appreciate and celebrate these indigenous Central American animals. 1. On Page 1, choose which animal you want to learn more about πŸ€” 2. On the following page, read about the animal. Use the pencil tool to underline important ideas πŸ“ 3. Next, tell us 2 things you learned and 1 question you have about the animal you are studying 4. Finally, celebrate your amazing animal by drawing them on the next page 🎨 If you want to use paper for this step, you can take a picture and upload your final art piece using the photo or cameraroll tools! Remember to click check to publish to your journal! 🀩
