1. Watch the Monster Maths Squad video in the link below. We need to measure things to find out how long, tall or wide they are. People sometimes measure using a ruler or tape measure. Your parents might measure a window to get the right size curtains for it, or measure a room floor to get the right size carpet or rug. In P1 and P2, we use objects to measure things. The objects must all be the same size. In school, we measure using lots of things, including cubes and straws.
