Are character traits the same thing as character feelings? In the story 'Two Blankets,' we analysed Cartwheel's character traits. We tried to find out what she was like as a person inside. This is different from the emotions she was feeling each day. Let's watch this short clip to help us understand the difference between the two things: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ASAC_9wTDk Now let's brainstorm a list of character traits together. For example; determined, stubborn, ambitious, selfish, kind, caring, altruistic. What can you add? Task: 1. Choose 2 friends and 2 family members. 2. Sketch each one and write as many character traits about them as you can on one side, and on the other write their physical traits. An example is attached. 3. Do the same thing for yourself! What are you like as a person? What are your character strengths and weaknesses?
