Directions: 1. Look at the image of the virtual calm corner. Click on the links to explore different coping strategies. 2. Think about what helps you feel calm. Gather those materials and find a quiet spot in your house. 3. Set up your own calm corner! 4. Take a picture of your calm corner. 5. Use the text tool to label each part of your calm corner. 6. Make sure you visit your calm corner when you are feeling overwhelmed and need a quiet space to reset! Possible tools to include in your calm corner: - comfy chair, pillows, blankets - books - photos of happy memories - fidgets - coloring supplies - puzzles - stuffed animals
