Teacher Notes (not visible to students)
This Field Journal will be used to record daily responses and classwork for students in third grade using CKLA Unit 1 materials. The journal is meant to be drafted each day during the unit. Students will use the Journal to review for end-of-unit assessment. Activity can be differentiated by allowing students to respond orally to the responses rather than using the RACE Response strategy. Note: This journal is simplified to ensure students are familiar with responding and adding evidence to a digital journal. Further Units are quite complex. This Journal is not made by CKLA.
